Regional REIT is a real estate investment trust that invests in, actively manages, and liquidates regional core property and core plus property assets to achieve its investment objective. The Company’s commercial property portfolio comprises wholly income-producing United Kingdom assets, predominantly offices located in the regional centers outside the M25 motorway. The portfolio is geographically diversified, with approximately 123 properties, 1,248 units and 740 tenants. The firm may also invest in property portfolios in which up to 50% of the property is situated inside the M25 motorway. Its commercial property portfolio includes Capitol Park, Leeds; Orbis 1, 2 & 3, Derby; Eagle Court, Birmingham; Hampshire Corporate Park, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh; Manchester Green, Manchester; Beeston Business Park, Nottingham, and others. Its subsidiaries include Beaufort Office Park Management Company Limited, Regional Commercial MIDCO Ltd, and others. The company is managed by ESR Europe LSPIM Ltd., the Asset Manager, and ESR Europe Private Markets Ltd., the Investment Adviser.
