Through subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates, the Company operates commercial and residential real estate companies in Poland, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, the Russian Federation, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine. Its portfolio consists of commercial buildings, residential properties and undeveloped plots of land. The firm is engaged in real estate management, as well as real estate purchasing, sales and rental. Among the Company’s clients are such companies as Carrefour, Cora, Zara, Reserved, Peek & Cloopenburg, C&A, H&M, Cinema City and New Yorker, among others. The main shareholder of the Company is LSREF III GTC Investments BV (LSREF).
