Its investment strategy focuses on, and its portfolios primarily consist of traditional pass-through (PT) agency mortgage-backed securities (MBS), such as mortgage pass-through certificates and collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs) and structured agency MBS, such as interest-only securities (IOs), inverse interest only securities (IIOs) and principal only securities (POs).
