RSPR was created on 2015-08-13 by Invesco. The fund's investment portfolio concentrates primarily on real estate equity. The ETF currently has 97.11m in AUM and 32 holdings. RSPR tracks an equal-weighted index of US real estate equities selected from the S&P 500. The index excludes mortgage REITs and real estate management and development firms.
