The firm's assets include Ramsay Rivers Hospital; Alton Towers Park; Thorpe Park; Biggin Hill, Primark, Islip; Great Bear; Manchester Arena; Ramsay Springfield Hospital; Argos, Bedford; Heide Park; Tesco, Croydon; Ramsay Yorkshire Clinic, Bingley; Warwick Castle, and others. The company has also acquired a portfolio of six single-let urban logistics properties. The portfolio, totaling 526,000 square feet (sq ft) across Stafford, Banbury, Romford, Southampton, Bristol, and Aberdeen. The company has acquired an approximately 450,000 sq ft airside logistics facility located at East Midlands Airport, and the Clayton Hotel at Manchester Airport, which comprises a total of 365 rooms.
