The Bank is chartered by the State of Michigan and is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Federal Reserve. The Bank’s primary deposit products are interest and noninterest-bearing checking accounts, savings accounts and time deposits and its primary lending products are commercial and consumer loans.
