The properties comprise three project areas: Hopes Advance, Morgan Lake, and Roberts Lake, which are located over approximately 1,500 km along the northern extension of the Labrador Trough in the Nunavik Region of northern Quebec. The properties cover approximately 36,040 hectares and 862 mineral claims with iron ore formations and are located within 20 to 50 kilometers (km) of tidewater. Additionally, the Company has a 100% interest, subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty (NSR) in the property.
