Its properties hold green building certifications and are leased by global companies and luxury brands. Its Hong Kong Central portfolio represents approximately 450,000 sq. m. of prime property. The firm further has approximately 165,000 sq. m. of prestigious office space in Singapore mainly held through joint ventures and five retail centers on the Chinese mainland, including a luxury retail center at Wangfujing in Beijing.
