The firm operates as a real estate brokerage company, working with real estate agents to help individuals purchase and sell residential and commercial properties, primarily in the South, Atlantic, Southwest, and Western parts of the United States. Its Mortgage segment provides residential loan origination and underwriting services. Its Technology segment provides SaaS solutions and data mining for third party customers and continues to develop its intelliAgent platform for use by its real estate agents.
