The company is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong and currently employs 2,475 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2014-01-22. The firm is primarily engaged, through its wholly owned and majority-owned subsidiaries, in the acquisition, construction and development of anthracite coal mines and the extraction and sale of anthracite coal. The firm's mining assets consist of four underground anthracite coal mines in Guizhou province, which have all commenced commercial production. The firm's coal products are generally used in the electric power industry for power generation and in the construction industry for cement production. The firm mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.


