Daiwa House Logistics Trust operates as a real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Company is to invest in a diverse portfolio of stabilized income-producing logistics and industrial assets, and real estate-related assets in Asia. DHLT’s objectives are to provide Unitholders with regular and stable distributions, and to achieve long-term growth in distribution per unit (DPU) and net asset value per unit, while maintaining an optimal capital structure and strengthening the portfolio in scale and quality. Its portfolio comprises approximately 19 modern logistics properties (18 in Japan and one in Vietnam) with an aggregate net lettable area of approximately 499,000 square meters. The properties are diversified across the Greater Tokyo Area, as well as core regional markets throughout Japan. The firm is managed by Daiwa House Asset Management Asia Pte. Ltd.
