BIV was created on 2007-04-03 by Vanguard. The fund's investment portfolio concentrates primarily on investment grade fixed income. The ETF currently has 28466.76m in AUM and 2325 holdings. BIV tracks a market-weighted index of the entire investment-grade fixed-income market with maturities of 5-10 years.
