- AI Cloud annualized recurring revenue rose to about $76 million
Key Takeaways:

Bitdeer Technologies Group mined 990 bitcoin in June, a 388% increase from a year earlier, as the company expanded its self-mining fleet and pushed deeper into AI cloud services.
"June reflected continued execution across Bitdeer's AI infrastructure platform," Chief Financial Officer Michael G. Potter said. "Bitcoin production of 990 BTC, up 388% year-over-year, and self-mining hashrate of 73.0 EH/s reflect continued strength across our mining platform."
The Singapore-based company's self-mining hash rate reached 73.0 EH/s, compared with 70.2 EH/s in May and 16.5 EH/s in June 2025, making Bitdeer one of the fastest-scaling publicly traded Bitcoin miners. Its co-mining hash rate, where third-party data centers operate Bitdeer's rigs, added 15.9 EH/s. Total hash rate under management rose to 86.1 EH/s from 83.1 EH/s in May.
Bitdeer is pursuing a dual-track strategy of scaling Bitcoin mining alongside AI cloud infrastructure, a model that sets it apart from rivals such as Cipher Digital, whose hash rate has shrunk to about 11.6 EH/s as it pivots away from mining. Bitdeer's AI Cloud annualized recurring revenue reached about $76 million at 95 percent GPU utilization, up from $69 million in May, and the company delivered its first NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 clusters under a five-year contract.
The company's self-mining rig count rose to 243,000 from 231,000 in May, while co-mining rigs increased to 56,000 from 39,000. Bitdeer held 150 bitcoin on its balance sheet as of June 30, excluding customer deposits, down from 171 a month earlier. The company recently broke ground on a Sealminer manufacturing facility in Sparks, Nevada, slated for completion by the end of 2026, and signed a 10-year lease for a 21.7 MW AI data center in Malaysia with handover expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Bitdeer's global energy capacity stands at 3.0 GW, with 1,797 MW of online electrical capacity across sites in the US, Norway, Bhutan and Ethiopia. The company is actively converting several crypto mining sites toward AI cloud and colocation, including facilities in Rockdale, Texas, and Wenatchee, Washington. A 570 MW site in Clarington, Ohio, faces potential delays from ongoing legal proceedings filed by a neighboring company.
Shares of Bitdeer rose more than 10 percent in early trading Tuesday after the update, with the stock trading at about $12.56 midday. The company plans to share further details on its powered land expansion during its second-quarter earnings call.
